Jeffrey D. Jones is an American actor. Jones played the part of Charles Deetz in Beetlejuice.


Earlier in his career, he was often cast in supporting roles in Tim Burton films, including "Sleppy Hollow" (1999).

Beetlejuice connectionsEdit

Jones appeared alongside fellow Beetlejuice cast members, such as Alec Baldwin in "The Hunt For Red October" (1990) and  Susan Kellermann in the "The Devil's Advocate" (1997).

Personal lifeEdit

Jones was charged with selling cigarettes and marijuana to minors in 2001. In 2003, Jones was arrested for soliciting a 14-year-old boy to pose for sexually explicit photographs and possession of child pornography.
