Good Naighbor Day is a holiday in the Neitherworld (and, aparently, one of Beetlejuice's least favorites) and the one time of year that being bad is illegal. When BJ refused to get into the spirit of this holiday, an annoying fairy named Goody Two Shoes forces him into it by temporarily turning his life into an educational kids show!
