Cynthia Ward (aka Cynthia Swift) is one of the animation designers (Seasons 1 & 2) of Beetlejuice: The Animated Series. She's also known for her other works, such as The Care Bears Franchise, Babar's Franchise, Rupert, Two sets of the Star Wars Animated Series (Droids & Ewoks), Little Bear, All Dogs go to Heaven: The Series, Fievel's American Tails, Ace Ventura: The Animated Series, The Magic School Bus, Cyberchase, The Berenstain Bears (2003 TV series), Seven Little Monsters and others.
